This oversized top is made by Liz & Me. The tag says size 4X. The material is 100% polyester--sheer, except for the cotton panel around the neck. The beautiful sequins and embroidery are attached to the cotton panel. Long length. This top would be great to wear with leggings and your favorite cami or tee. Very nicely made. Retail value is $70.00."FLAW" I found a tiny run in the fabric--in the back, near the sleeve. It's so small that I almost missed it. It is too small to show up in the picture. If you don't mind a tiny imperfection, this top may be for you!
