I apologize for that oversight. It does not have a tag but the measurements are
Inseam 28"
Waisted 28"
Total length from shoulder to seam is 49"
It is tater stretchy an has an attached tie that rides pretty high on the waist.
My daughter wore it at age 9 or ten so I would say it should fit anything from 7 to 12 kids size 12 being on the high end.
Last year we pinned up the legs and my 4 year old wore it for one event. It is pretty versatile. Does have one little snag I just noticed on the back looks like it could be easily covered by the tie. Ill post a pic.
