Is the ty cobb a reprint? What year?

Oddly enough, the Ty Cobb card doesn't have a date on it. I would guess the card was produced in some time in the 1980s (possibly 1987, if I can believe what I've seen online). It doesn't say it's a reprint. I,have other cards from the sames series. But strangely, the card doesn't list the name of the company that made it or even have a copyright notice. However, I've seen this line listed on eBay and collector sites and they usually refer to the company that made them as Hygrade.
