There is obvious machine doubling on the date and the mint mark.

This is NOT a true Double Die. It is Machine Doubling. That is the die was not doubled before striking. Machine doubling is caused by a multiple strike of the press... in my opinion these types of errors are more rare than true double die coins, as the errors are more One of a Kind!
