Lol yes it's skin tight. Here are the measurements, Bust Across: 17 1/2"
Waist Across: 15 1/2" Hips Across: 19 1/2". I also added more pictures =).

I wish lol those are only the mesurements across the total circumfrence would be double. Bust 35" waist 31" hips 39".
