Works great my kids got a new xbox360 so they took every thing but the guitar. You can a buy a guitar hero game at any gamestop.

Any guitar hero guitar you buy you use YOUR OWN WII CONTROLLER inside the guitar! That is what it means. She does not need the guitar anymore but it still works. Al it does is slide in and hook up simple as that.
