The listing, GOLD!!! authentic ancient Gold coin MUST SEE!!! has ended.
this is a Beautiful ancient roman coin that depicts two figures... one appears to be a centaur. it is absolutely autentic, the gold has been tested!! and weighs 2 grams of gold! this is a must have for any coin collector or gold fein!!! please ask any questions you have! HAPPY BIDDING!!
thank you! yes i can! these ancient coins werent like our coins today... they were hand struck individually on different shapes (always circles, just not uniform) and are basically one of a kind, especially in todays market! it took me three days of intense online searching to even find out what coin this even was! all repos of this type coin would be struck in a EF(extra fine) grading scale to gain more from the fraudulently stamped scrap gold..
I've been researching this coin for a couple hours. These coins are from 350 A.D. They were only minted in BRONZE. Many people gold plated them to fool tourists and amateur collectors. There are also a few known pure gold examples, all fake. Please do not bid on this if you are expecting a pure gold authentic Constantine the Great spearing a horseman 350 A.D. coin. They do not exist. It could, however, still be pure gold.
sorry, but just saw what 14603451 is speaking about on the discovery channel the other day...watch the whole series run saturday about this history he is talking about. which is true...but however, I do have some questions....do you have any papers that goes along with this coin ? a stamped, sealed, Certificate of Authenticity.? because, no offence, without that, its just hearsay, this coin being 700 yrs old, would value more than 110 dollars in todays market....but worthless unless you have papers to go along with this, or from a coin appraiser...
Well the coin is legit... Because I don't have paperwork with it doesn't make it worthless. Why does everyone have to be such a hater. I will delete all negative from this point
I found the link from where you got this coins info: http://munzeo.com/coin/ancient-roman-coin-constantine-the-13858838. You conveniently left the pl. off the end of the statement you made above "ANCIENT ROMAN COIN CONSTANTINE THE GREAT KILLING HORSEMAN 2.2gr. 24 KT.Gold". The pl. you omitted means this piece is PLATED.
sorry, not a hater...just asking if you had paper work with the coin...but have to be honest with people...when posting items on here...you are relying on someone else's word, that its was tested as gold...so you have to be very honest with people
Im am not an expert.. But I do have a pretty good knowledge of the subject.. And when it was received by me from a good source.. I was assured it had been tested.. it will ship with tracking and confirmation.
