Wow I haven't seen one of these in Years. Of course this isn't the one I remember but wow amazing a Data/Fax Old Skool Modem.

Hope the link helps give some more details.
Will require Power Supply, Phone Cable and a I believe 25 pin Male to 9 pin Female / USB cable in order to work but won't guarantee on the USB part as that is an old style it may only work with Windows 3.11/95/98 and maybe XP since older XP systems did have the 9 Pin Serial Port. You can purchase Serial 9 Pin PCI Cards if you want to try this tho. Hope was okay to post this helpful information. Thanks, John
