Description

The listing, Heirloom Tomato ✽ SNOW WHITE ✽ 15 Seeds ✽ Organic has ended.

Snow White has an incredibly sweet, fruity flavor with a real tomato aftertaste. The fruit ripens to a very pale yellow and develops a slightly orange cast at maturity. This became one of my favorite cherry tomatoes of all times, but I say that about something new every year. It has yet to make the National top 10 of best-tasting cherry tomatoes, but it often makes number 11. This is beautiful in leaf salads, as well as pasta salads. I don't have many of these seeds left to give away.

This Auction: You will be receiving 15 seeds from my garden. They will be sent First Class mail. I only take Paypal for International bidders, I do combine any additional auction seeds (within 5 days) for no additional shipping charge. I am happy to say that my seeds tested 99-100% germination within 2 weeks at a temp of 70°F in the spring of 2012. Excellent for beginners!

Propagation Method: From seed, sow seeds indoors 6 weeks before last spring frost. Sow 2-3 seeds per pot and thin to one plant per container. After four weeks, transplant seedlings to larger pots, and about 10 days before the last spring frost, begin hardening the plants to the outdoors. Transplant your plants to a sunny, highly composted location when soil temperatures are at least 55 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Stake or cage the plants for support and to prevent sprawling on the ground.
