does the red box say anything? Does it say if it is "clad"? I have found pictures similar to this coin and most are “clad” accept the one in the box that says sterling. Also I have to say it would be a little different for sterling pieces to way that much. I thought they normally came in ounces. Anyway, nice piece. I wish I could find more about it. Like a maker.
