Description

The listing, Rare Russian Stamp has ended.

I researched a couple sites, and I found that this stamp might go for as much as $1500. I'm not really interested in taking the time to try and fine someplace to sell it.

I am also not guaranteeing that this stamp is worth that much. I could be mistaken, that is just what I found in my searching

This stamp is worth ~$12.50 if in mint condition, about 50c if used. There are a few that could be worth $750-$1500 but would need to be valuated by a stamp evaluation firm that would specialize in the early Russians. It was issued between 1883-1888. Really a nice stamp regardless.

Hey Cody....This stamp has never been on an envelope, it has always been in a protected envelope, and still has the original gum on it. I put that price on it after doing a bit of research. I also have several FULL sets of 1910-1930's German stamps that I may put up.

Hey Julie...from this website, it looks as though the stamp was either released 1883...or January of 1884 hope it helps and happy bidding :)
