The listing, Walt Disney's FANTASIA poster has ended.

This is an original poster from the movie "Fantasia" with a beautiful photo of Mickey Mouse who appears to be performing magic. This is a very large poster that I received in 1971 or 1972. It has a small piece of tape on the back due to a small tear on the left bottom (not on part of the picture). On the front of the same spot there is a small piece of faded tape but it doesn't affect the beautiful picture. I believe this was a poster used to promote the movie when it came out. Dimensions: (27 x 40 Inches - 69cm x 102cm)

Unfortunately when I received it, the poster was already folded and it has been sitting in a box for 40 years. It's in fairly good shape and I believe you could get the creases out if necessary. I have heard of folks ironing the creases out with a safety cloth over the crease. I'm going to mail it in a large manila envelope with a wrapper around it. I hope this helps.

I just want bidders to know this is a 40 year old poster and it looks fine but it is 40 years old. It hasn't been touched in 40 years. I just found it in a box. I hope this explains everything. Please ask if there are any other questions. Thanks.

Does the crease go across the Fantasia artwork? And though it was folded could it be shipped in a tube instead?

Yes, it was given to me folded in a rectangle folded manner. It appears to be in 12" x 18" or so folds.

Yes, I can ship it in a tube. I will just have to go get one from the post office and send it early next week. That's a great idea btw.
