The listing, Vintage ashtray collectible has ended.

Vintage ashtray. I don't know how old it is. Please see photos for the words on this piece. It is obviously German but I am not sure what the words mean. I don't know if they are places or advertising for beverages of some kind. the front inside says. Seit 1838 Ansbach. Around the edges it has 3 words. Langkammerer, Likore, Weinbrand. On the back of the item it says SAHM MERKELBACH HOHR BRENZHAUSEN. If anyone knows what it means then please enlighten us all. It appears at one time there was a small chip in the piece that has been repaired. see the last photo. Otherwise it looks perfect. The repaired chip is barely noticeable. I do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska for free. Too expensive. sorry.

Ansbach is a town in Germany. I would guess it is from some centennial celebration.
