Handmade Tutu Dress/Shirt/Skirt

This is made of Hot Pink, Light Pink and White Tulle.
The waist/top is a Hot Pink crochet headband so it does stretch.
The White Bow on the top is attached with an alligator clip so can be easily detached and worn as a hair clip.
Tie the hot pink ribbon around the back of the neck for a halter style dress for someone younger.
or add a white t-shirt or onsie underneath for a halter style shirt for someone older.
Can tie the hot pink ribbon in a bow and then can be worn as a skirt style tutu.
The tulle at its longest pieces is 18 inches long.
The hot pink ribbon has a soft darker part through the middle and then the edges are crinkled as you can see in the picture.
So many different options in one outfit.
