Japanese Pinks (Dianthus Heddewigii Black & White) - Don't ask us why the common name for Dianthus Heddewigii is "Pink" as this black and white flower grown from flower seed is a stunner. Elegant, bushy, uniform plant, produces blue-green foliage, with large double flowers, fringed. This is one of the most attractive of the Dianthus flowers available.

Here's a little bit of info for you....the reason Dianthus are called 'pinks' is because the petal edges looked like they have been trimmed with pinking shears. Neat huh?

Beautiful! very hopeful of these, their Black and white will make such a great contrast with the otherwise more "colorful" flower garden!
