This is a very nice top I only wore it once , the top is too long for me and a little too short to wear as a dress. The front has silver psychedelic designs.The sleeves have 3 sequined silver bands to display parts of your arm. The bottom sides has an elastic gather. The fabric is 84% polyester, 13%rayon and 3% spandex. Washing instructions hand wash with cold water, hang or line dry. The length without stretching is 28" and the waist is 32".

Yes it is a very top, I wanted to wear it as a dress but it was a bit too short so black pants and heels had to do.
