"Seller wanted me to go to an outside website to send payment for the dress that I won. I responded ... " (more) that I would not be going to the website, nor would I be sending any payment for a dress that was supposed to be free. My credits have been refunded."

Basically, it was publicity to incite us to buy the item described on the outside website link. Seller refunded credits after I filed a dispute for a scam, since the listing was againts the rules: items should be free of charge, only shipping can be charged but in this case it was free shipping worldwide."
