"Un Verified Listia person said in post they would accept paypal. Then said there was "problem& ... " (more)quot; with paypal. Asked for concealed cash told them no cuz they were not verified. Went back and forth for 16 days. They wouldn't send COD only wanted cash. They violated the agreements of their listing. Over and over finally they gave me a paypal and I sent the money but still no tracking. They refunded my paypal with no comment and I filed with Listia for refund which I was granted and sent information on scams and how to avoid them. DO NOT BID ON THIS PERSON they gave me the run around over and over. "
