please measure from one "arm" hinge to the other so I know the width of these glasses.

4 1/2 inches. when i put them on there is play in it so while wearing i would think it would be closer to 5 inches. fits comfortably on my head, but like i said i have a smaller head than most people size 7 1/8 in a hat
