I'm not sure you can... I think once a bid is over, it's over. You can request a refund after auction ends but the seller has to agree to it I believe. I've never had that happen so I'm not positive but you may want to read the Terms at the bottom of the page.

I'm sure it does, my daughter used it right up til we got her new sg3 last weekend. It's in excellent condition and I'm adding another charger that she found for it, so it'll be 4pcs. and I'll repack it in the original case it came in. It has the manual in it.
