You will get approximately 100 arugula seeds harvested from my own garden.

Use arugula leaves in salads, pastas, pestos, pizzas, sandwiches and more!

I found these to be simple to grow! (They look like dandelion leaves and grow about that easily!) Left to grow fully and dry out, they will produce delicate white flowers that seed easily. My plants self-seeded and kept doing so for a few years until I changed out the area for a different garden plant. Mine also didn't mind a bit of shade for half the day, though several hours of full sun is best.

Plant in the early spring or fall. (In my region, planting time didn't matter much, so feel free to experiment depending on how moderate your climate.) Harvest leaves sooner than later to avoid bitter taste.
