3 vinca periwinkle plants with roots; tough, dependable, & excellent groundcover. beautiful purple/blue flowers 1-2" wide,with 5 lobes, blooms in the spring. grows 4-5" tall. perennial, hardy. grows & spreads, can plant in rock gardens, banks, soil with stones, beds & borders! partial to full shade, but will grow in sun; glossy leaves; wiry, spreading stems, rooting at all nodes. no mainten-ance! will grow where grass won't! plant 6-12" apart. i have red clay for soil and it grows & spreads. "you're only here for a short visit. stop to smell the flowers along the way".....
