This is a Nextar GPS. *Not sure if it works anymore because I lost the charger* So no, it doesn't come with a charger. I have a picture up of what the charging port looks like if you want to know. It comes with a 1GB SD card.

It's because someone must have already bid a higher amount before you bided and your credits aren't being wasted it doesn't take then away unless you've actually won the auction.
