Lime green, bright blue, purple and white. I will add photos asap. It is the soft kind of tulle with tiny holes, not the stiff kind.If you want to make a tutu for a child or adult, there are tons of tutorials on YouTube that will show you how step by step. Its easy and no sewing required! :-)
