Used. In okay shape. This phone was used and had been locked by myself. Because I no longer have my sims card I am not able to unlock due to no service or connection to unlock. But phone still working works.

In order to unlock this phone a sims card is required. You would need to simply take this phone to you local store or call 611 and they will walk you thru the steps to unlock phone. I know this because this isn't the first phone that I locked on mistake.

Once you place your sims card within the device it will ask you for a password. The only way to unlock this device is to hold the @ aymbol and 1. please keep in mind that this is the tecnique in which i recieved when i first locked this phone when I was using it. The best thing to do is call tmobile customer service and have them to unlock the phone. Who ever wins this item I will be sure to include my information (personal email) to ensure tha product able to work just fine.

The condition is okay. None of the buttons stick and every button works just fine. The screen is still working no issues. And honestly as far as the software and stuff I can't be sure. I haven't used it II'm months and I only used it for a short time frame d
