Made of some type of metal alloy with a vintage almost antique looking bronze finish. This charm / pendant is a good size for a necklace or key chain or to hang from your iphone ipod or just a chunky charm dangle. I have another that I plan on using on custom mini album that's steampunk Halloween. A few friends that are into vampires and goth, witch stuff, and embellished spell books are already claiming most of my extras.

I have to say my favorite use of this charm was a friend made a handmade premade scrapbook card / book that was opened by turning the claw - loved it.
