There not illegal to use i check it all out with the dec traps that have claws on them are illegal to use my traps dont have the claws so there not illegal to use i always check with the dec when listing or selling traps thanks

if the traps had claws you would be able to see them in the pics I have do a seach online & you will see what I mean

there is 3 traps yes I set them all & they work just rusty & there for trapping raccoons, fox, etc

im not sure there is to much rust on the pan to see the number one has a V on it other ones don't so im told the one with the V is a victor trap not even sure how old they are found them in my old barn sorry I don't have more info for you
