Anyway, this is a re-use of the 1984 Super Powers Collection mold. This also came from Toy Biz's short-lived tenure as the toy-maker for DC characters.

was recalled because of the missile firing umbrella. it was for the same reason that the original Boba Fett Star Wars figure with firing missile was recalled. the toy companies were scared of being sued by parents
