Hi Lyn, yes it has a key and I showed the first 4 digits in Picture 8 ... the box says in Picture 9 that it "continually updates itself so it's always current" but another part of the box says in Picture 7 that "INSTORE ACTIVATION REQUIRED," so I don't know if that is a red flag or not.

you dont happen to know how long ago its been after it was bought alot of the instore activated stuff is activated at stor but the buyer has like a year to install it
