Nothing on the glass but on the silver band it says Scentier and on the stone like cap where the wick is. I just typed it in the internet and it is an effusion lamp. Fragrence lamp. You can smell that something was in it at once time. Smells cologne like.

Oh, I forgot to ask about the decorative cap with holes that covers the wick when the lamp is lit & smoldering. Do you have that piece? The cap in the pic is actually the snuffer cap to put out the wick.

that is all I have that is in the picture there was no other cap with it when we found it . to be honest I'm not sure where I got this piece
