Measurements are that of the garment....please make sure that your measurements are a little bit smaller to allow for a comfortable fit.

Let me know which shorts you are interested in....I don't have any flat rate envelopes at home...will stop by the p.o. to get some and if I can fit them then I see no problem...there is a 4 lb limit I think...if both are denim then they may not fit....let me know.
