Ur Pomeranian would need a small collar the 12"-18" or so. Pomeranians are a small lapdog kind of breed

Oh yes very perfect! I have 2 brother & sister. He still has his on but he neck is a little bigger. I had the follar the smallest it fould go but it was still a tad loose so I assume while playing he yanked it off and they helped each other chew it up. She has exactly this collar color material and all just minus it being a harness.
