These gourds look like little watermelons, but they're not. Most people use them for decoration and such.

Yes, they dry out like larger gourds and the seeds are in the inside. It's best to ***** them with a pin/ needle to dry them out.They will get a lot larger with a lot more water! Thanks for your interest, Paula

TY, I figure it meant to stick holes in them. it makes drying time faster. plus left on a drying rack helps too.

No, the auction is for the seeds! The photo is to let people know what the gourds look like. These gourds are bigger than a golf ball, but smaller than a baseball. Hope that helps!
