What makes it rare is that it doesn't really exist. But it appears whoever is the not so smart person who bids and wins will get their credits back. Why in the world don't people check on the sellers feedback here? You don't know what you are getting or if you are getting anything at all, yet you just keep on blindly bidding. There is nothing here to win yet 3 people are bidding.
