This is an old frame. I went to YET another estate sale. The man told me its not real silver or anything like that. He just said his Mom had it for years and then she passed. As you can see it's seen some years. I liked it. It is 10 by 5", That is the measurements from top to side. Not the glass. Thanks for LQQKING folks, and do not bid expecting free shipping!
