This auction is for a complete electronic list of basic food items (and the basic kitchen tools to prepare them) that will sustain a family of 4 for 1yr. This list doesn't include "comfort foods" or anything other than the basics. This is an excellent start to help your family survive most man-made or natural disasters.

As with all my other survival minded auctions, I will include an electronic freebee to the winner, that is of the same mindset. I will also re-list this over and over until there are no more bids on the auction.

This is an auction for an electronic list that I typed up myself after researching for many hours the best foods that have the best nutritional value after many years of storage.
