X-Acto double blade side by side cutter. Only used one time. Not what I wanted. I ship free and the cheapest way. I am disabled and I have a very limited incone. I only ship once and you must have a verifiable address. if you want a tracking number, it will be .90 cents.

If you used it could you please tell me how to use it? What did you use it for? What is the grey loop in the lower part of it? Does it hold something? Is there something on it to help a person stay in a straight line? Will it cut cardboard? I am not trying to be a smarty, I really want to know these things so I can know if it is something I have a use for in which case would be bidding if I can use it.

It will cut card board. The blades are side by side with a small gap between them. I removed a blade to cut paper for paper beads I make. I think it is best suited for card board, foam board, etc. I know the blades are removable. Hope this helps..
