This lady's hat is hand crocheted from a soft yarn. Maybe Dazzleaire?I'm assuming it can be put in both washer and dryer.
Personally, I'd do it on gentle cycle and low heat.
I have no idea whether or not it's ever been worn.
If you need to know the size, I'd say it's somewhere around a size 7 or 8.
Laid flat without stretching, the band measures just a little less than 10 inches.
