FREE SHIP WITH GIN!!! First off, no I will not lower the days, no I will not lower the bid. This is a Working Compaq Presario CQ57 Laptop 15.6". This is a very awesome laptop! I love this computer. I don't have the patience or time to work on this but I am hoping somebody does.
*First things first....There are a few scratches on the lid, not bad, please view the first few pictures.
*I showed pictures of the bottom to show that it is in fact my computer and showing you the model number (CQ57 and it had Windows 7 on it, factory made in '11)
*Also pictures showing that screen needs replaced but that is an easy fix, EBay sells these CHEAP!
*For my safety, the hard drive has been removed. Technicians will tell you that the hard drive being removed does not effect the computer's working capabilities. But a hard drive is cheap on this site or EBay.
*This is a $550.00 computer brand new, about 2 years old out of the factory. I have had it for about a year from the store.
*When I was using it, it ran super fast. I installed the 2013 AVG full version also.
*The reason the screen needs replaced is because my youngest son shut the screen while there was a pen in it.
*This is a real good computer for somebody that would love to fix up for themselves.
*I believe in being as honest as possible, and I believe that I have told you everything that is wrong with this laptop.

I would also like to add that I am NOT BEING RUDE but if you cannot take the time to read what I write on my descriptions, then please DO NOT waste my time by commenting and asking a million questions that I have already answered in the description. We have a description box on our listings for a reason, it is a bidders responsibility to read that part. First, 16,000 credits is only equal to $40.00 if you are to check on our site here. Please do the math. I do not allow comments that are unproductive or rude, or a lie. I am not a scammer. I take care of my children that have medical disabilities you would not even imagine. These are specs of the computer, but since no hard drive, keep in mind I am no electronics expert and I am unaware of what stays on the hard drive or what stays on the actual computer. If any of you are good with computers and could offer some advice that is NICE and PROPER about this, please comment to help me and bidders be aware. I will try to do some research and let you guys know also. Thanks!

Let me help you. I'm in IT so I know alot about computers. Not including the hard drive does not take away any functionality of the computer. Just purchase a new one on ebay. For the seller, its the right way to sell a laptop.

If you take the hard drive out of a computer it will not work !

That is like taking the engine out of a car -- No Go

A computer will still WORK, it will just not load up anything without the hard drive. This is clearly stated. I am not at all hiding this or keeping this from anyone. I even stated that another hard drive would have to be put in. I don't understand how this is so hard to understand. I am not hiding it from you, because I have stated it already. Because I am not interested in cash, I am not a greedy person like that. I am wanting to sell it on here to see if someone would like to have it that cannot afford to buy it with cash. This is a place for people that cannot afford to buy things with cash, and I have actually bought things off of EBay and sold them on here before. It is just something that I thought would be nice to do for people that do not have the money. And actually craigslist is nothing but scammers anyway, I never do craigslist at all. I do not believe in it because of the obscene things on it, etc. :)

My brother found a 750 GB hard drive off of EBay is around $30 and you may be able to find a cheaper one also. A screen was found by my brother for $25 on EBay but I cannot promise that it is still on there. Another site is Amazon and there are also other sites, too.
