The waist is drawstring so can be many sizes

im just curious if this will fit. i dont want to bid on something that will be too small. my hips are huge. like 40" or 42". im not sure. i swear they got bigger after i had my son. but do you think it would fit?

I'm sorry, this skirt probably wont work for you. I have 38 inch hips and I tried it on with my jeans on and it was snug
