This is a foot or back massager I have shown on the pictures that it works when you turn it on by the button in the middle it will first turn it on with the balls moving with a vibration then if the button is pushed again it turns red and get warm with the balls moving in a circular motion. Work wonders with ppl with feet problems like neuropathy or standing all day or ones that have back problems. Gret product.
