this beautiful royal blue dress is great for any occasion. made of cotton. has a silver/blue necklace that is used for a halter top, or it's removable to wear as a strapless. has removable pads in the chest area. I wore it for a wedding, and passing it on for another to have. I am 5'8 and it went to the ankles so if your a shorty, you might want to hem it lol.
