The listing, Acer Aspire 1680 17" Laptop! Please Look! has ended.

This auction is for an Acer Aspire 1680 laptop! It does work:) however, it needs it's power cord plugged in at all times to work so of course I am including that! Also, it makes faint sounds when it's on and sometimes the screen "blinks" simply because it's an older computer. It can still be hooked up for wireless Internet access and is great for browsing! I would hesitate to put important documents on here just because of it's age, but like I said: so far so good. Great for browsing or watching movies/listening to CDs since the disc drive works fine!!! (You need to open the media player for it first). Not bad for free I'd say:) I do need $10 for shipping. This is not a light or cheap thing to ship and it's probably going to cost more than $10 anyway.

As I mentioned above, it doesn't work unless the power cord is plugged in.....so if you're going somewhere....take it with you.

Thank you:) yeah battery is totally dead. Looks like you could buy a new one pretty cheaply or just make sure you keep it plugged in always. It's an older laptop so I think that's common for the battery to crap out.
