This is a vintage Popeye the Sailor Man Bubble Blower. I was told this was from the 1960's. This was in Grandma's attic. The glue is starting to come apart where this bubble blower was put together. (Being in the attic will do that!). I did not put bubble solution in him, so I can't tell you if he still works. There is no makers mark, and no date on him. The only info I have is from Grandma. He is just barely under 4 inches from end to end. Winner will receive the actual item in the photos.
