They are brand new still in the package. These are knit boxers, not boxer briefs, so they dont hug on your legs. They are my favorite kind just need to get a smaller size now. lol

are these stretch all over not just waist band but the whole boxer short?

They are knit cotton boxers. They do have stretch to them but they do not hug the thighs like boxer briefs. They are boxers made of tshirt material. They are also tagless.
