Just got these charms in today AND I'M IN LOVE! The color is an antique bronze. The charm is in the shape of the Penny Farthing bicycle ( also called the High bicycle or the Ordinary bicycle ). Great Charm for scrapbooking, cardmaking, jewelry making for a necklace or pendant but I bought them for a steampunk / Victorian premade mini album that I've been working on forever, this charm just gives it that shabby chic feel. There's something about the bikes with the big wheel on front and little wheel on back that make you think of another era.
This charm is a good size, The picture of the charm on the mat can give you a good idea of the size. Each square on the mat is a square inch. I took pictures of it on different backgrounds (black, tan, my hand :) so you hopefully can see more of the detail.
