It took me quite a few tries to get this recipe precisely as I envisioned it. All the tries were satisfactory. However, I sought after something not just great tasting but entertaining too. Because I wanted to serve something special to my Better Half and Daughters for Mother's Day. This recipe accomplished both and they loved it. Over the last few years, I have even prepared this dish as a dessert when we had company. It is extremely entertaining with them flames.
