This is a beautiful Counted Cross Stitch Kit by The Design Connection. This package has been opened and retaped shut. I checked and did not see anything missing out of the set except the packaging says there is Beads with this kit. I don't see any beads. And there is no indication that it was ever started. Kit includes presorted floss card, fabric, pattern, and needle. I don't cross stitch, so I am not sure what else should be in here! :) Other than where the package says it should have beads, everything else looks to be here.
