This item was originally listed for $23.00 in the U.S. when it first came out in 2001. I bought it from a library book sale. There are no library markings; just a price sticker on the binding of the book. I am listing this book at 15,000 as the starting bid which would be $10, and GIN at 22,500 which would be $15.
