new in tin....2 packs, one pack factory sealed. one was opened and seal was opened, however it still has plasic around the body of the box just not on the top, but cards were never removed or used ..millenium edition in collector tin....from the card leader bicycle. these were very limited at the time and were not cheap....tin has no dents and is in good shape. only selling because have no use or room for them, would rather see see them go to A good home. ask questions before bidding.
